Every vehicle we sell at Tracks comes with a warranty, whether it’s a Suzuki or another make. We also include breakdown cover and, for electric vehicles, a battery State of Health check — giving you dependable protection from the moment you drive away.
New & Used Suzuki
Up to 10 Years or 100,000 miles
Suzuki Service Activated Warranty covers both new and used Suzuki cars for up to 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. New Suzuki cars include a 3-year / 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty, while Suzuki Approved Used cars come with a 12-month warranty — both of which can be extended with every qualifying service.
This cover protects against unexpected mechanical and electrical faults and supports worry-free ownership throughout your time with the car. You’ll also receive 12 months Suzuki Assistance, which can be renewed annually to keep you supported wherever the road takes you.
This warranty goes the distance.

Warranty & Breakdown Packages
Every non-Suzuki vehicle comes with a minimum 6-month comprehensive AutoProtect warranty, providing dependable used car cover from day one. Warranty protection is available for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles, with the option to extend your AutoProtect warranty for added long-term security. Each policy also includes breakdown cover through Customer Protect Assist, offering roadside assistance and recovery whenever you need it.

State of Health Certificate
When you choose a used electric vehicle at Tracks, we include a battery State of Health (SoH) certificate from our trusted partners at Generational.
This independent EV battery health check confirms the condition and performance of the battery before you drive away, helping remove uncertainty when buying a used electric car.
By clearly showing remaining capacity and overall efficiency, the certificate helps you understand what to expect from everyday electric driving — so you can make a confident, informed choice from day one.
